In the centre of Cosne, set back from the street, the " Chalet ", formerly a winegrower's dwelling, welcomes you to a former winegrowing estate dating from the second half of the 19th century.

It comprises a ground floor with a fitted kitchen and an en suite living room. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed (140x190) and the second with a single bed (90x190), shower room and WC.
The property has enclosed grounds and the gîte benefits from a private garden (low dividing fence) of 65 m² and a terrace. Easy parking in the street or in the courtyard. The owner is on site in the house opposite the gîte.

Nearby train station, easy access from the A 77, the gîte is ideally located for exploring the town (Loire Museum, shops and restaurants, cinema, etc.) and the banks of the Loire. In the surrounding area, you can explore the vineyards (côteaux du Giennois, Pouilly, Sancerre) and the châteaux of Guédelon and Saint-Fargeau. You can also go canoeing, kayaking, walking, mountain biking, cycling, horse riding, etc.

All-inclusive accommodation: heating and electricity included (subject to reasonable consumption), bed linen made up on arrival, towels, end-of-stay cleaning.

Possibility of accepting an extra person in a 90x190 bed located in the bedroom with the 90x190 bed at the rate of 10€/night (i.e. 70€ per week).
