Amony Phily has opened her goat farm at Parigny in the commune of Alligny-Cosne. She currently has 80 milking goats that enable her to make the famous Crottins de Chavignol. The young breeder makes her own cheeses in a spotless laboratory just behind the shop where her range of cheeses is on display.

Ouverture :
Open Wednesdays and Fridays from 5pm to 7pm. Saturdays from 10.30am to 12.00pm.
Conditions d'ouverture spéciales :Wednesdays and Fridays from 5pm to 7pm. Saturdays from 10.30am to 12pm and at the Alligny-Cosne market from 3pm to 6pm.
