A farm based in the Nièvre in the Cottin de Chavignol Protected Designation of Origin area. As a guarantee of quality, the animals are fed exclusively with cereals and fodder produced on the farm to ensure total transparency of the finished product: a 100% local approach. In the shop, you'll find goat's meat cheeses and terrines with Espelette chilli and old-fashioned mustard seeds, as well as 100% goat's milk sausages. Milk available to order. Visits to the farm and educational visits by appointment.
