Domaine des Fines Caillotte - Pabiot Jean et Fils

Located in Les Loges, in the commune of Pouilly-sur-Loire, the Domaine des Fines Caillottes welcomes you for a wine tasting from Monday to Friday, 8am to 12pm and 2pm to 5pm, and at weekends by appointment.
As a general rule, it's always best to call ahead to make sure the winemaker can accommodate you!
Please note: the estate is closed from Christmas to New Year, on public holidays and during the week of 15 August.

The estate covers the whole of the Pouilly Fumé vineyard, but also produces Pouilly-sur-Loire and Sancerre. The plots are planted in a variety of soils (caillottes, kiméridgien, sandy, flinty), giving the wines balanced, fruity and complex aromas.

Their philosophy? To produce grapes in the most natural way possible with the best possible ripeness.
