Located in Le Bouchot, in the commune of Pouilly-sur-Loire, Domaine Guyon-Barillot welcomes you for a tasting or a visit to the cellar from Monday to Friday, 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 5pm, by prior arrangement.
As a general rule, it's always best to call ahead to make sure the winemaker can accommodate you!
Please note: the estate is closed at weekends, on public holidays and during the grape harvest.
The estate was taken over in 2024 by Loris Guyon, following in the footsteps of Frédéric and Elisabeth Barillot. Dating back to 1770, the 11-hectare estate produces exclusively Pouilly-Fumé (95%) and Pouilly-sur-Loire (5%).
