Chalet écologique à la campagne

Want to spend a few days in the countryside? The 700m² garden, the terrace and the duck pond make this chalet a quiet and bucolic place to relax. The chalet was built in 2008 with the main mission to be as ecological as possible. Most of the materials used are local, including the wood from Donzy for the terrace and dining table. The chalet is equipped with solar panels, a solar water heater and a wood stove. A composter is also available. Depending on the season, the fruit trees will provide you with fruit. The chalet has one bedroom for two, with a double bed (additional sleeping space is available with a sofa bed). The area is full of outdoor activities (hiking, kayaking, biking), as well as good local produce. The vineyards (of Sancerre and Pouilly-sur-Loire) and Guédelon are about 30 minutes away. All local shops, including a supermarket with a drive-through, are located in Donzy, a 5-minute drive away.
