Domaine du Bouchot
The Kerbiquets are very attached to the environment and their terroir, and most of their vines are planted on Kimmeridgian marl with small oysters.
They use cow's horn recipes...gobbledygook for you?
Come and meet them at the estate, 25 route de l'Abbaye, just outside Le Bouchot at the foot of Saint Andelain. You'll have the chance to taste the estate's Pouilly sur Loire and Pouilly Fumé wines.
The tasting cellar is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 12pm and from 1.30pm to 6pm, at weekends by appointment only.
