On this walk, discover the beautiful forests surrounding the village of Cessy-les-Bois.
Nestling at the bottom of the Talvanne valley, Cessy-les-Bois is classified as a Natura 2000 site because of the presence of two major colonies of bats: the Great Rhinolophus and the Swallow-eared Murre.
On the first two kilometres of the walk, you'll find information panels explaining this local speciality. An accompanying booklet is also on sale at the tourist information point in Cosne-Cours-sur-Loire.
