Le Douze - Maisons du Moulin

An elegant riverside house with a large enclosed garden. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Enough to make you want to stay a few days. The little extra: we've provided your own office so you can enjoy the countryside and still get on with your work if you need to. The village is charming and close to Guédelon, Sancerre and Pouilly.
The house is very comfortable and benefits from a large enclosed garden next to a peaceful river. The lounge and dining room open onto a large terrace. There are three bedrooms (one with en-suite shower room and toilet), a study room with sofa bed and en-suite shower room.
Please note that the immediate proximity of the river may pose a risk to young children who escape your vigilance.
