Le gîte des Guittons

Comfortable gite 2 hours from Paris, in the south of the Puisaye region and 20 minutes from the Guédelon medieval construction site, the château of St Fargeau and its historical shows, the Colette museum in St-Sauveur and the Pouilly, Sancerre and Ménetou-salon vineyards.
In a hamlet near the village of Perroy, 5 km from Donzy and its shops and 20 km from Cosne-sur-Loire, you will find this independent gite, with its own private garden, in a former 18th and 19th century farmhouse. The owners live on the property but do not overlook it. Parking on the property and garage or covered shed. Unenclosed private garden, garden furniture and pergola for relaxing.

The gite comprises an entrance hall, a 45 m2 living room (lounge, dining room and kitchen) with access to the 1000 m2 private garden (relaxation and dining area with barbecue and plancha), a shower room with toilet, a ground floor bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed, a 1st floor bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed and a teleworking area with desk and printer on the landing (wifi-fibre optic). The laundry room is in the building opposite the gîte (washing machine, tumble dryer, drying rack).

Up to 2 pets are accepted free of charge.

All-inclusive package: bed linen with beds made up on arrival, household and bathroom linen provided, heating, electricity and wood included (subject to reasonable consumption), end-of-stay cleaning included. There's no need to worry about basic essentials, they're all at your disposal.

Bicycles are available free of charge during your stay.
