Spécialité de Cosne : la Tarte Cosnoise

In 2012, the pastry shop Chez Nathalie, in Cosne-Cours-sur-Loire, invented a new speciality derived from the Merlettes de Cosne: the Cosnoise tart. This tartlet is a delicate mixture of chocolate, candied oranges, almonds and meringues. It has conquered locals and visitors alike and is today a very emblematic product of the area!
